Your role

As Junior Product Manager, you will be responsible of the initial briefing through to global product launch and in-market performance follow-up. You’ll take part in cross-functional teams, and report to the Head of Product Marketing

Develop new product propositions

• Execute product roadmap calendar

• Own product positioning and market-fit strategy incl. price point

• Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance

Lead Product Development & Market Readiness

• Conduct consumer, trend, and competitive research

• Create and guard product briefings (incl. specs and user testing)

• Collaborate with product development to hit key milestones

• Prepare validations and deliver key (gate) meetings

• Own and initiate business cases and financial evaluations

Deliver Strong Go-to-Market Execution

• Alignment on strategic plan with all regions

• Collaborate closely with Brand & Communications for impactful campaigns

• Deliver strong product deployment across departments

• Ensure timely delivery of product information across departments

Your profile

You bring the energy, insights, and executional power to drive projects forward. You are eager to innovate, curious to explore, and comfortable leading in complexity.

We are looking for someone who:

• >2 years of relevant experience in similar roles

• A collaborative mindset and ability to inspire cross-functional teams

• Is problem solving

• Is fluent in English

• Is available at least 32 hours a week
